By accessing or using Arkham Studios, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the application.
2. Description of Service
Arkham Studios is a VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) communication application that enables voice calls over the internet. The service requires:
- A valid operator account and SIP credentials
- An internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data)
- A compatible iOS or Android device
3. User Accounts
To use Arkham Studios, you must connect to an operator's server using credentials provided to you. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying your operator immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Arkham Studios to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Harass, threaten, or harm others
- Transmit any unlawful, harmful, or objectionable content
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
- Use the service for any fraudulent purposes
5. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that Arkham Studios will be available at all times. The service may be subject to:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Network conditions beyond our control
- Force majeure events
Arkham Studios is not intended to replace traditional telephone services and should not be relied upon for emergency calls.
6. Intellectual Property
Arkham Studios and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Arkham Studios and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Third-Party Services
Arkham Studios integrates with SIP servers provided by your operator. Your use of these services is subject to the terms and conditions of your operator. We are not responsible for third-party services.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Arkham Studios is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy or reliability of any information
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arkham Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the service
- Any unauthorized access to your data
- Any interruption or cessation of service
- Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arkham Studios and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
